We work to engage and develop core relationships with our clients' audiences using dynamic, forward-thinking, and innovative marketing and communications strategies. THuS Marketing is versed in developing well-researched and thought-out strategies for various marketing and communications channels in both digital and traditional landscapes. We begin with strategy first, implementing an integrated marketing and communications approach with every project and campaign we have the opportunity to lead.

NONA PHINN
President + Chief Messaging Officer
Nona is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing with a proven track record of success. Skilled in developing and driving integrated marketing initiatives and strategy, delivering and managing engaging content, and increasing revenue through compelling customer relationship programs. She has extensive knowledge in leading projects, devising traditional and online marketing plans, and managing complex programs with ease.
Nona leads a women's empowerment group and volunteers in serving in other areas with her dynamic church community. What she looks forward to most is spending her free time with her number one fan—her beautiful daughter.
CHRIS MITCHELL
Market Research + Digital Consultant
Chris is a Marketing Data Specialist & Business Scientist. His goal is to help businesses use contemporary data-driven marketing tactics to adapt their strategies to meet the needs and expectations of consumers. Chris has worked with an array of businesses - from small mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 500 companies and government offices - in order to help them utilize customer data more effectively and efficiently.

Shelley navigates every project with a strategic lens to pursue actionable results for clients large and small. Leading clients through a series of customized exercises to ensure their goals are met with a clear understanding of next steps to see their mission flourish.
Shelley lends 25 years in nonprofit leadership with expertise in strategic program development and impact tracking, fundraising, board development and organizational development.

She was a progressive, tech-savvy professional with a strong background in content creation. Engaged with projects from the start of strategic planning to their implementation, Meaghan was passionate about seeing each plan reach its full potential.
Meaghan was inspired by her family and friends, who have always encouraged her to pursue her dreams. Also, she was an avid dog lover.
